Replacement Policy

Starting from the date and time you have purchased a product, you can apply for a refund within 10 days. For making a refund request you can either email us at customprintsindia@gmail.com. Our products go through various stages of quality check before getting shipped. Still, in case you find some faults with the received product, you are required to share the image (s) right away. We can also ask for additional images. Note that we do not provide any reverse pick service.

In case your products end up getting delivered to the wrong address, we will indeed look into the matter. It is to be understood that Custom Print India has the authority to put up additional charges in case of the customized model, design, or the likes. In addition, we also have the authority to reject or discard the replacement of any products.

Refund Policy

Customers can apply for a refund within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has already gone under customization, we cannot provide you with a refund or whatsoever. If you are eligible for a refund, then the same will be credited within 5 working days. You can apply for refund via our mail info@meggikprint.com. The timeline of the refund request also depends on the bank.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have successfully made a payment via an authorized bank. There will be no refund for printing and shipping.

Cancellation Policy

In case due to some direct or indirect issues or problems, if you are looking forward to canceling the order, you need to mail us the same at customer@meggikprint.com Make sure you do so within the first 15 hours of your booking. Cancellation requests will then be dealt with based on the case. We cannot promise you a refund every time you cancel an order; Once an order has been dispatched from our side, it cannot be revoked.
